What materials do you use?

The material used for each product is stated on its product page. Follow the listed care instructions and contact us before ordering if you need to confirm a material for a particular use.

How long does production take?

Current production time is usually 1–2 business days before dispatch unless a product page or order update states otherwise. The delivery estimate is shown separately at checkout.

Can I request a custom size or design?

Some products can be personalized or adjusted. Contact us before ordering with the product link and requested change so we can confirm whether it is possible, the price and the production time.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Eligibility depends on the product and the reason for return. The Refund Policy explains the 14-day right for eligible goods, the exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, and remedies for faulty or nonconforming goods.

Will the color match the photos exactly?

Colors can look slightly different because of lighting, screen settings and material batches. Fine layer lines and small surface variations can be visible because each object is 3D printed.
