🚚 Order Tracking
Current production time is usually 1–2 business days before dispatch unless a product page or order update states otherwise.
Where the selected delivery service includes tracking, the tracking number and carrier link are sent with the dispatch confirmation. Tracking events may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
How to check a tracked order
- Open the dispatch confirmation email.
- Use the tracking link provided by the carrier.
- Check the carrier page for the latest available scan.
Tracking is missing or has not updated
Not every delivery service necessarily includes tracking. If tracking was included but the link is missing or has not updated for several days, contact info@amnetwork.lv with the order number so we can investigate.
