1. General Information

All orders are 3D printed on demand and shipped from Riga, Latvia (European Union).
Processing time before dispatch is 1–3 business days.
Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and total order weight.

2. Delivery Times & Services

Approximate delivery times:

  • Latvia: 1–2 business days

  • Lithuania & Estonia: 2–4 business days

  • Europe (EU): 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom & Ireland: 5–9 business days

  • Norway, Switzerland, Iceland: 5–9 business days

  • North America (US & Canada): 10–20 business days

Delivery within the Baltics is handled by Omniva parcel lockers.
International orders are shipped using reliable courier partners with tracking provided.

3. Shipping Costs (with VAT)

  • Latvia: €2.24

  • Lithuania & Estonia: €4.84

  • Europe (EU): €6.10 – €11.89

  • United Kingdom & Ireland: €6.98 – €13.15

  • Scandinavia (NO, CH, IS): €8.30 – €15.00

  • North America (US & CA): €21.10 – €40.00

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees upon arrival.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Tracking & Lost Packages

All orders include a tracking number provided by email once dispatched.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@amnetwork.lv — we’ll work with the courier to locate or replace it.

We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Noolab cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Postal or courier service interruptions

  • Natural disasters or force majeure

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or failed delivery attempts,
the customer may request reshipment by covering additional shipping costs.
