Refund policy

1. Overview

All products sold by Noolab are 3D printed on demand, meaning each item is made individually after the order is placed.
Due to this personalized production process, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, except in cases of defects or damage during shipping.


2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

A return or refund request is accepted only if:

  • The item was damaged during transit,

  • The item received differs from the order (wrong color, model, or size).

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. Procedure

To start a return or replacement process:

  1. Contact us at info@amnetwork.lv within 7 days.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

  3. We will review your case and provide further instructions.

If approved, you’ll receive a replacement or refund depending on product availability.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized 3D printed products

  • Used or modified items

  • Orders returned without prior authorization

  • Gift cards or digital files


5. Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.


6. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU law, customers within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal,
but this does not apply to made-to-order or custom-made products, as defined in Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
