This Privacy Policy explains how NOOLAB, operated by SIA Copes Pasaule ("we", "us", or "our"), collects and uses personal data when you visit noolab.eu, contact us, create an account, place an order, or otherwise use our store.

Data we process

Depending on how you use the store, we may process your name, billing and delivery details, email address, telephone number, account and order information, personalization text that you submit, messages to customer support, returns information, device and browser data, IP address, cookie choices, and information about how the store is used.

Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not receive complete card details from the provider.

How we obtain data

We receive data directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from Shopify and connected store services, and from payment, delivery, fraud-prevention, analytics or advertising services where they are enabled and lawful.

Connected sales channels, including Pinterest where enabled, may receive data according to their role and your consent choices.

The store uses essential technologies to operate checkout, security, preferences and other requested functions. With consent where required, it may also use analytics, personalization or advertising technologies.

Shopify's cookie banner and store privacy choices provide the available controls. Browser settings can also control or delete cookies, although disabling essential technologies may prevent requested store functions from working. Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled and must remain aligned with the published consent configuration.
