This website is operated by Noolab. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Noolab.
By accessing or purchasing from our store, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Our Products

All products available on this site are 3D printed on demand, produced individually after an order is placed.
Minor surface variations or texture differences are normal for 3D printed products and do not qualify as defects.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment is required at the time of ordering.
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options supported by Shopify Payments.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and 3D printed upon confirmation.
Production or delivery delays may occur during holidays or high-demand periods.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if production has already begun.

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped from Riga, Latvia (EU) using trusted carriers.
Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect delivery addresses, or force majeure events.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for paying customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage or defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, models, images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Noolab or its licensors.
It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You may not upload or submit any 3D models, files, or images that infringe on third-party copyrights.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure all information on our site is accurate, errors or omissions may occur.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and update product details or prices at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noolab shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use,

  • loss resulting from delays or shipping errors,

  • issues resulting from customer misuse or modification of the product.

In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Latvian and European Union law.
