1. Operator and scope

This store is operated under the NOOLAB brand by SIA Copes Pasaule. Company, VAT, address and contact details are available through Contact Information and Legal Notice in the footer.

These Terms apply when you use the store or place an order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Products and product information

Products are 3D printed after an order is placed. Fine layer lines and small surface variations are normal characteristics of the process and are not defects by themselves. Product pages state relevant size, material, care and personalization details.

We may correct errors, update product information or discontinue a product. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and apply the rights and remedies required by law.

3. Prices and tax

Prices are shown in the currency and with the tax treatment displayed for the customer's market and checkout. The final product price, delivery charge and any tax collected by the store are shown before the order is submitted.

4. Payment

The payment methods currently available to you are shown at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed. We do not guarantee a method that is not displayed or able to complete checkout.

5. Orders, production and cancellation requests

An order is accepted when the store confirms it. Contact info@amnetwork.lv promptly if you request a change or cancellation. We may not be able to change a personalized item after production starts. Legal withdrawal and cancellation rights are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Latvia. Available destinations, services, prices and estimates are described in the Shipping Policy and calculated at checkout. Customers must provide a complete, accurate address. Mandatory rights remain unaffected by delay, loss or damage.

7. Withdrawal, returns and nonconforming goods

The Refund Policy explains eligible EEA withdrawal rights, the exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, return steps, refunds and remedies for faulty or nonconforming goods. Producing an otherwise standard item only after an order is placed does not by itself remove withdrawal rights.

8. Personalization content

You are responsible for checking names, dates and other personalization text before ordering and for having the right to submit that content. We may refuse unlawful, infringing, hateful or technically unsuitable content and will contact you about the order.

9. Intellectual property

Store content, product designs, images, text and branding belong to NOOLAB or their respective licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where law allows. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in its design or store content.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape customer information, or use the service unlawfully.

11. Liability

We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights concerning faulty or nonconforming goods.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed and how to exercise applicable rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Latvian law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law that applies to them. Courts and dispute-resolution routes are determined by applicable law.

14. Changes and contact
