Each Noolab product is 3D printed on demand — created specially for you once your order is placed.
Because every print is individually made, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size.

We encourage mindful purchasing — always check dimensions and details before ordering.
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly help you choose the right option.


⚙️ Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Send a short description and clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The original packaging

  • The shipping label

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.


📦 Return Eligibility

A replacement or refund may be approved only if:

  • The product arrives broken or significantly damaged during shipping

  • The item differs from what you ordered (wrong color, model, or size)

Unauthorized returns (without prior communication) will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized 3D prints

  • Items showing signs of wear, modification, or use

  • Orders returned without prior communication

  • Digital or downloadable content

  • Gift cards


💰 Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Processing times depend on your payment provider.


🌍 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges since all items are made to order.
If you’d like a different color, material, or model, you can place a new order once your return or replacement request is completed.
